Joel Brodsky got his start in rock photography in 1967 when he shot his first photos used on an album. He shot some of the most iconic pictures of The Doors and quite possibly one of the most well known pictures in rock and roll, the photo of Jim Morrison titled 'American Poet'. Though he died in 2007, he photographed many of rock's greatest.
